The former minister of Secondary Education Louis Bapes Bapes died this morning at the General Hospital in the capital city Yaounde. He hearded the ministry for a long time till his change in October 2015. He was pursuing a Judiciary court case as concerns funds. He was hospitalised for a pretty long time because of an illness and it made it impossible for him to get out of bed often. It is for same sickness reason that Louis could not make it to court for the alleged 550million said he had embezzled. Its rather unfortunate that he died this morning. His dead cant be less painful to family and friends just because he was up for a court case. May his soul rest in peace.
