A pastor and an apostle were today, Friday June 17, caught pants down in Ngwo community of Enugu North Local Government of Enugu State. Below is an eyewitness account shared with Newest Rivers:

"Around 1.00am in the morning two men were caught having sexual intercourse. One of them is a pastor and the other is known as an apostle. The so called pastor who was discovered to be the man in the gay relationship had been reported earlier to the vigilante group of Ngwo neighborhood by a boy of twelve who claimed he was raped by the pastor and had Fluid poured into his mouth after the abuse.

The vigilante group did not prosecute the pastor after the report because there was no concrete evidence. They resolved to monitor the pastor from that day unknown to him. It was on this day, 17th June 2016 that he was caught in the act of gay sex and all said about him by the young boy he molested was believed. The pastor denied the report of the twelve year old boy. " I only masturbated him and kissed him" he said.

A bizarre video has been posted online of a man who appears to be trying to have sex with a road.

Stunned office workers filmed the man who was humping the tarmac in a car park .

The clip was filmed in New Zealand by a man who said he worked just metres from where the 'session' was taking place.

Another man can be seen crouching down beside him watching from behind a car.

Speaking into the camera, the man who is filming says: “This is what we’ve come to work to this morning, this little ground sex session going on just outside the window.
“His friend there is checking him out…"

Another man can then be heard saying: "What is he doing?”

The pervert, who is wearing a green and white top and has pulled his jeans around his knees, can be seen pumping his hips into the road as his strange friend seems to watch.

The video was later shared on Reddit where it received dozens of reactions.

It isn't the first time a man has been filmed in a compromising position with an inanimate object.

Last month, another man was caught on camera penetrating a drainpipe .

He was seen huddling up against the inanimate object, which appears to be sticking out of a wall outside a stranger's home.

Moments later he can be seen making thrusting movements against the pipe with his arms pressed up against the wall.

The footage appeared on Chinese social media site Weibo, and was later shared on LiveLeak.com.

It later went viral with more than 100,000 views.

Cameroon: Thieves Break Into Three Offices of the Supreme Court

The burglars, who attacked earlier this month, collected expensive Law books and some office consumables.

Suspected burglars earlier this month struck in the Supreme Court building in Yaounde. An authoritative source at the court told Cameroon Tribune yesterday, June 15, 2016 that the offices affected were those of Mr. Justice Foe Jean Claude Robert, Judge-Counsellor, Mr. Justice Bisseck Dagobert, President of the Judicial Chamber and the Administrative Chamber Registry.

He only discovered that the books and other items were missing when he needed them, our source explained. On the other hand, Mr. Justice Bisseck was out of town on mission when his office was burgled. In Justice Foe’s office, the thieves did not bother to collect a brand new TV set still to be used, thereby suggesting that their target was the expensive Law books. A source familiar with the prices of legal or Law books said some of them cost from 100,000 FCFA. Thus, stealing a good number could fetch the miscreants hundreds of thousands of FCFA, he explained.The source said Justice Bisseck’s door was forced open after the chain on the metal door outside was cut, while the other two doors were tampered with without any visible signs. The common denominator in all the three offices was that the burglars targeted Law books and items like ink pads, reams of paper, bottles of mineral and drinks. Justice Foe, who was on administrative leave, resumed work on June 6, 2016, without any signs of anything having gone wrong in his absence.

The affected offices, almost adjacent each other, are located on the second floor of the Supreme Court building towards the Supreme State Audit Office, CONSUPE end. Though the area has surveillance cameras, “they apparently don’t serve the purpose because they were placed in positions that don’t provide direct view of the entrances to the three offices,” he noted. Our source expressed the strong conviction that “the burglaries were carried out with inside collusion.”

According to him, the guards deployed at the two gates to the Supreme Court premises have not been doing their job, given the burglaries. This is especially as the guard posts located adjacent the entrance into the Circle of the Friends of Cameroun, CERAC compound and opposite CONSUPE, are far-off. Moreover, there are no guard upstairs at night.

Kenyan court: Anal exams to test sexual orientation are legal

A Kenyan court ruled Thursday the use of anal examinations to determine a suspect’s sexual orientation is legal, despite arguments that the procedure is a form of torture.

Mombasa High Court Judge Mathew Emukule said, “I find no violation of human dignity, right to privacy and right to freedom of the petitioners,” the Associated Press reported.

The court in Mombasa made the decision after reviewing the case of two men who were arrested in a bar near Ukunda along Kenya’s Indian Ocean coast in Feburary 2015 on suspicion of having sex.

In Kenya, gay sex is a criminal offense and can bring prison sentences of up to 14 years.

The two men were forced to have anal examinations and HIV and Hepatitis B tests, and they petitioned that they were being “subjected to torture and degrading treatment,” the AP reported.

A judge dismissed their petition Thursday. The men still face charges.

Cameroon, Egypt, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda and Zambia are other countries that still use anal exams go determine homosexuality, the Washington Post reported.

Boko Haram opens radio station

Abuja – Terrorist group, Boko Haram, has set up an FM station broadcasting on 96.8 frequency, the Hausa service of Voice of America has said.

According to the report, villagers living in the village of Tolkomari in the far north state of Cameroon said they tune to the station.

The station is being used by the terrorist group to spread its propaganda challenging statements from authorities that they are winning the war.

The station broadcast mainly propaganda messages to counter media reports of victories by troops from Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon and Niger Republic against the insurgents.

Recently the Nigerian army have been recording successes in their battle against Boko Haram.

The Nigerian government is yet to react to this latest development.

A Club finally turns to Barca's Alex Song

Valencia are stepping up interest in unwanted Barcelona midfielder Alex Song, reports claim.

Mundo Deportivo say Los Che have turned to Song after deciding against pursuing Bologna’s Amadou Diawara, when it became clear the Serie A club weren’t going to let him leave.

Song has spent the last two seasons on loan at West Ham after a 2012 move to Camp Nou from Arsenal, the Cameroon international costing some €19m.

His contract runs to 2017 but Luis Enrique has told the Barca decision-makers he isn’t in his plans and Barca are hoping to sell.

Valencia are interested but the price threatens to be a sticking block, as Barca would like €10m but Valencia don’t want to go past €5m for a player who has barely featured for the Catalans since his arrival.

Douala: Gunshots at Mboppi assumed to have taken a life

Gunshots were heard early this morning at the Mboppi neighborhood in Douala the economic capital. Our chief intelligence officer hinted the shots were fired in the gendarmerie camp located at  Mboppi. Report has it that one life has been lost in the shooting.

A police source was quoted as saying that the shots were fired by a gang whose leader was arrested on June the 15th 2016 and is being held at the said Gerdarmerie station.  Calm has returned to the area and  traffic is back to normal.

Eyong Enoh to be considered for new deal

EVERTON boss Ronald Koeman is keeping tabs on Standard Liege star Eyong Enoh, according to reports.

The Dutchman is set to be handed a £100m transfer war chest to take the Toffees back to the top.Koeman was confirmed as Everton’s new manager on Tuesday, signing a lucrative three-year deal at Goodison Park.

Oscar Pistorius walks without prosthetic limbs in courtroom as he pleads for lighter sentence in tears-photos

In today's court hearing at Pretoria High Court, athlete Oscar Pistorius stunned everyone when he removed his prosthetic limbs and walked round the courtroom in a desperate emotional bid by him and his defense team to prove to the Judge that he didn't intentionally murder ex-girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013.

 

The South African runner was asked to take off his artificial legs by his defence attorney Barry Roux who said it will be “embarrassing” for his client.

The weeping athlete removed his prostheses and began to walk in court where he appeared to be in pain and struggled to maintain his balance. He held onto a desk for support as Mr Roux pointed at him and said this was a man who was frightened by a noise at 3am.

His t-shirt wet with sweat and his red eyes filled with tears, Pistorius paused at the side of the court to remove his prosthetic limbs in the full view of the packed court as his defense counsel argued that he was too weak emotionally to serve a prison sentence .

''We don’t have to be psychologists” to see Pistorius is a broken man,Defense lawyer Roux tells the Judge.

Roux points out that Pistorius’ original planned release from prison – approved by the parole board – was delayed after a government minister intervened. This has not happened to anyone else, he says. Why wait until that last minute to intervene? That decision could have been made weeks earlier.

'No other accused has ever had to endure this level of publicity, misinformation and character assassination.' Defence counsel Roux said in quotes gotten from Guardian UK.

'This case has nothing to do with gender violence.'

Roux THEN calls Pistorius forward. He tells the court this will be embarrassing for his client.

He asks a weeping Pistorius to remove his prostheses and stand on his stumps in front of the court. He does so slowly, then walks haltingly. He appears to be in pain and struggles to retain his balance. He holds on to a desk for support.

His doctor moves forward to support him as he stumbles.

Roux points to him, saying 'this is the man who was frightened by a noise at 3am. This is who is being sentenced.'

'I don’t want to overplay vulnerability, that’s not what I want to do. I don’t want to overplay disability. But the time has come that we must just look with different eyes, at least with unbiased eyes.'

'It doesn’t mean because he’s vulnerable that he can do what he likes. That’s not what we say.

'But when we’re entering the field of sentencing, look at that man’s conduct … Please let’s understand … who is this man that you must sentence?'

'He desperately does not want to hide behind fame … He wants to be treated like someone unknown, someone who has done wrong and must be punished.'

'Punishment is not meant to break the defendant … The accused does not fall into the category of offender who should be removed from society.'

'There is no purpose served.'

'The sentence needs to be appropriate to the individual,' defence counsel says. 

'The court needs to look for opportunities for rehabilitation. An excessive punishment could have the opposite effect.

Little used in West Ham midfielder returned to FC Barcelona hoping it will be something better.

Barack Obama tells Donald Trump 'you are doing the terrorists work for them', and Trump responds.

President Obama has launched his most scathing attack on Presumptive Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump, blasting his 'Muslim ban' and saying he is going against American values with his comments and propositions.

Obama said that ideas such as the Muslim ban on Immigrants were “doing the terrorists' work for them,"

Obama's comments on Tuesday came after a meeting with the Treasury Department with Vice President Joe Biden, Secretary of State John Kerry and other national security advisors that focused on efforts to cut off the finances of ISIS. He also said that the campaign against Islamic State is “firing on all cylinders” and that the “noose is tightening” around the group's territory in Iraq and Syria, before launching into a lengthy condemnation of Republican rhetoric about “radical Islam.”

“Are we going to start treating all Muslim Americans differently” than other citizens, Obama asked. “Are we going to start discriminating against them because of their faith?”

'If the U.S. goes down down that path “we would have betrayed the very things we’re trying to protect,” the president said. “And then the terrorist would have won, and we cannot let that happen. I will not let that happen. The main contribution of some Republicans has been to “criticize this administration and me for not using the phrase ‘radical Islam.’”

“What exactly would using this label accomplish?” he asked. “Would it make ISIL less committed to trying to kill Americans? Would it bring in more allies? Is there are military strategy that is served by this? The answer,” he said, is “none of the above.”

“This is a political distraction,” he said. “Someone seriously thinks that we don’t know who we’re fighting? That would come as a surprise to the thousands of terrorists who we’ve taken off the battlefield.”

Trump in his usual fashion, replied to Obama's comments saying Obama was more angry with him than the Orlando shooter, drawing cheers from the crowd.

"He was more angry at me than he was at the shooter," Trump said. "We're led by the stupid people," Trump said at one point. "We're not going to be fools anymore."

According to the post, a some members of a Chinese family living in Toronto were in room watching as the family's teen son lost his virginity. And they claim it's a family tradition that has been passed down through generations. The intimate moment was captured by the boy's uncle who explained;

"While most people may consider it odd, for our family there is nothing more proud than celebrating a son, brother or nephew having sex for the first time. We see it as the last step on the long journey to adulthood, and it’s also a special chance to witness the moment that a new life is formed. I snapped the photo right at the moment before he came, and it was truly a beautiful scene.”

"I felt less nervous having my family there to accompany me, and also give me guidance on how to proceed. At first I had trouble entering my girlfriend, but my mother suggested I take things more slowly and relax, and I was able to eventually slip it in."
