Preparations of the 3rd and 4th days of qualifying for the
CAN 2017is presently going on and Alexandre Song, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and
Ambrose Bitolo will not be of the team against South Africa, as reveal by our
CAMFOOT colleagues.
The first simply declined the invitation of Coach Hugo Broos
as has been the case after his international retirement in January 2015. The
second has not yet fully recovered from his injury incurred since 21st
February in the German championship. Some days his participation was indicated
uncertain.
Finally, the Montreal Impact defender was also injured and
will miss two appointments. However, Cameroon convened Georges Mandjeck FC Metz
to address these numerous absences. No official confirmation of FECAFOOT
(Cameroon Football Federation) that announces the arrival of all the players
summoned for Monday.
