Prince ‘treated for drug overdose’ days before being found dead in a lift.

The Raspberry Beret singer was found dead at his Paisley Park Minneapolis mansion on Thursday morning

Prince was treated for a drug overdose six days before his death, it’s been claimed.
According to US gossip website TMZ, the music icon underwent the treatment when his private plane made an emergency landing last Friday following his performance in Atlanta.

The show had initially been pushed back a week as it was said the singer had been suffering from the flu.
Multiple sources reportedly told the site that doctors administered a “save shot”, which they say is typically given to counteract the effects of an opiate.
They claim doctors advised the Raspberry Beret singer to stay in hospital but they couldn’t offer him a private room so he and his team left after just three hours.
