The Buea Council has signed an MoU forthe construction of an ultramodern mortuary. The five month project is estimated at the tune of 200million FCFA.

Where has the council kept its priorities?How about you improve facilities in hospitals so people don't die? Or maybe you make available constant portable water so they don't Falk sick and go to the hospital?
