 Keeping fit and staying sexy is an important health factor of our life style. This article will guide through some practical tips on how to keep fit and stay sexy hence being healthy.
1. Drink Lots of water:
I feel like this is the most important thing to do. Drinking water will keep you hydrated and you will keep flushing out all of the bad toxins in your body, which is great! It will also improve your skin. Drinking water also is good to do when you feel hungry at a time you shouldn’t be. Also, you can tell if you are drinking enough by looking at the color of you urine, if its dark yellow, you got to drink up. The clearer the urine is an indication that you are more hydrated
2. Rest and stretch:
 Rest does not necessarily have to do with sleeping all through the night, but it got lots to do with taking naps and power naps. The state of our minds can play a key role on our body fitness because when we are stressed in our minds it can affect our appetite, lifestyle habits which might play poorly on our fitness. It is alright to take little breaks during work or a class and stretch up your skin briefly. This aids in a uniform flow of blood through your body which can prevent cramps of any kinds.dont worry
3. Eat at the right time and the right food:
Try and eat something every 3-4 hours. This will keep your metabolism going. 2 of the 5 meals are snacks.  Good snacks are apples and peanut butter, fruit salad, granola, fat-free yogurt anything small and healthy will do. Avoid junk food like fat filled yoghurt, chocolates, excess beer. Seriously if you want to keep fit you will not think about junk food at all.
4. Exercises (Abs workouts):
When you are in the workout mood, your body is warmed up and ready to go. There are so many abs exercises out there. Tons of them. Some I like may not work for you. Do exercises that you do right and ones that you can feel it working. It’s good to really push it. That’s how you get stronger. When you feel like stopping do just a little longer. 5. Eat Lots of Fruits:
The last but most importantly of this points is taking fruits. Fruits are easily accessible. You can find fiber in fruits and veggies. I say the best thing to eat is carrots. Making sure you get enough fiber will also help clean out your body by keeping your system regular. It can also help lower your cholesterol. Also, berries are great for trying to get that flat stomach and they are delicious.
