2015 was full with lots and lots of stage and performances
for the music industry in Cameroon. However, none was like the Hip Hop Festival
2015 that was hash tagged DHF2015. This year experienced the 5th
edition of the music festival. The Hip Hop Festival was co founded by Didier
Toko ,Jules Nya and herber Sigha via and association known as Green Grass. The
DHF was put in place to foster change via hip hop culture among Cameroonian
youths.
The 5th edition of the DHF was exactly a proof of
growth and undisputed change that is yet to sweep all over Cameroon and Africa
as far as music is Concerned. DHF2015 graced over 70 artists on stage and ran
for 3 days continuously trilling the crowd and fans that gathered for the show.
There were the likes of FRANKO,SALATIEL,maahlox,spido,magasco and lots and lots
. Dance crews and other acts made it even better. The presence of clothing and
style and street wears branded T shirts could only be seen here. It is in
itself no doubt that the Hip Hop Festival stands out uniquely in central Africa
as one of the most important shows of recent times
DHF2015 came with its successes thanks to the great team
work and organizers. The anticipation for the DHF2016 is on and the preparation
is on as well. One can only sit and watches the show storm the world.
