The MTN Zik award seems not to have met the standards of several artists and persons in the music industry.Apart from Dynasty Le Tigre who thought artists needed to be paid rather than just being handed plastics in the name of awards, Adah Akenji a music producer and video director also had his own critics about the award show. Adah took to his Facebook page and expressed disappointment as concerns the same award show though he hoped it got better next time. This is what he had to say
MTN has been rated with high standards of doing things but MTN ZIk was not just one of those things. Just like Adah said, I guess they improve on it next time.
