Beyonce is being sued over claims she copied a filmmaker's ideas on her trailer for Lemonade.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the singer has been hit with a lawsuit alleging she ripped off a short piece by filmmaker Matthew Fulks called Palinoia.
In the lawsuit, filed in New York, Fulks alleges nine visual similarities between his short film and Beyonce's 60-second teaser.
He claims he was approached to direct a video by artist MS MR who are signed to Columbia Recording, part of the Sony Music group to which Beyonce is signed.

Fulks, who works as an independent filmmaker, claims he sent links to Palinoia which could have been seen by people in Beyonce's camp.
The lawsuit states: "The number of aesthetic desicisons included in Plaintiff's PALINOIA work that are parroted in Defendants' LEMONADE trailer demonstrates that the LEMONADE trailer is substantially similar to the PALINOIA work.
"The misappropriated content includes both the particular elements that the Plaintiff chose to comprise the PALINOIA Work and the coordination and arrangement of those particular elements."

It's not the first time Beyonce has been accused of ripping off work.
Last year she was forced to deny stealing hit song XO from a backing singer, after he sued her for a reported $7million.
